From 35,000 feet above the ground, borders blur, and the world feels interconnected in ways that are difficult to appreciate on the surface. But the lessons I learned in the cockpit—focus, adaptability, and persistence—helped me navigate these challenges and build a foundation that has now saved nearly 1,000 animals.

But just as a pilot trusts in the course set for the journey, I trust that every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to the larger goal of making a difference.
